LOS TRIBUNALES NOS VUELVEN A DAR LA RAZÓN

El tribunal supremo mediante fallo 335/2022 del 8 de abril del presente año, desestima el recurso de casación ordinario interpuesto por BBVA contra la sentencia dictada por la Audiencia Nacional en fecha 27/07/2020, ratificando la misma y dando así nuevamente la razón a UGT.
